Anke and Michael Spies raise about ninety dairy cows to species-appropriate principles, milk free from antibiotics. They have their own breeding program, five to six employees from the village, apprenticeship training, and more than 25 years’ experience in organic farming. For them organic farming is a sustainable and globally viable model to feed humanity on a long-term basis while preserving the living environment.
